Some people like to play in the physical presence of others. They like the person-to-person contact and the kinetic effect of using games and exercises to advance their playmaking. To that end, I have designed a series of PLRK!Shops™ for people who enjoy the company of other although somewhat bigger kids on the playground while they’re playing their own game.

PLRK! is the delightful combination of play and work where they blend so well it all feels like playing. Hence, PLRK!Shops™ are where we are playing as much as processing and learning. There are lots of ways to use the Game Of…PLRK!Shops. They can be designed for your group’s need such as The Game Of Cutting Edge Leadership, The Game of Masterful Presentations, or The Game of Coaching. You can attend one that’s already planned, such as The Game of Mastery. Or you can just attend one of the more general Games and bring your own topic with you such as: The Game Of Life, The Game Of Business, and The Game of Success. Below is a general description for each of the ‘generic’ formats that can be custom tailored for your group.

Round 1 – Game Basics

Round 1 sets the stage by clarifying the 7 Key Elements that make up any successful game. The purpose is to use the energy that is usually exhibited in playing any game to free up both the process and practice of becoming masterful in whatever is important to you. This energy is creative, playful, concentrated, and fully engaged.

Round 2 – UpLeveling Your Game

Once you have the basics down and your Game is in play, it’s useful to take your game up a notch. The 10 Essential Game Enhancers is designed to do just that. By considering these concepts and integrating them into your existing game you can upgrade your experience and effectiveness while playing whatever Game you’ve created. You’ll encounter topics such as “Play It Where It Lies”, and “The Power of Pie”. Over 2 days you’ll join others who want to continue Playing and Winning the Game You're Built 4, using these 10 Game Enhancers. As always with The Game Of… the experience that is created is contingent on how you show up and how you play.

Round 3 - Mastering Your Game

This round is delivered over the course of 2 days and takes place at a Game Site Resort. When your game is working at its peak and flowing it feels effortless. This round is about transformation in your ability to play masterfully and like all rounds is experiential. Mastering Your Game will stretch you both in the internal presence and the external skills necessary to achieve and sustain Mastery in the area you’ve chosen.
